        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to issue a fresh
   speaking order staying the entire proceedings of the judgment in O.S
   No.841 of 2012 passed by the III Additional Sub Judge Kozhikode, pending
   disposal of this R.F.A in the interest of justice.




        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
   order dated 09.04.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.K.B.SIVARAMAKRISHNAN, SRI.K.SANEESH KUMAR, SRI.V.S.CHANDRASEKHARAN,
