           Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High

   Court be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the Appellant in

   Judgment in S.C.No.815/2014 dated 18-08-2021 on the file of the Special

   Court for SC/ST(P.O.A) Act/Additional Sessions Court,Mannarkkad ,Palakkad

   District.



          This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and

   upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.MOHANAKANNAN, H.PRAVEEN

   (KOTTARAKARA), Advocates for the petitioner and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for

   the respondent, the court passed the following:

                                         ORDER

The sentence shall stand suspended on the appellant executing a bond for

Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh only) with two solvent sureties each for the like

sum to the satisfaction of the trial court.
