        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstacnes stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to stay the operation of the judgment of the Learned Single Judge dated
   06.03.2020 in W.P.(C) No.38050 of 2018 with further directions staying
   operation of Exhibit-P1 proceedings ordering an inquiry under Section 65
   of the KCS Act, pending disposal of the Writ Appeal.
