        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay passing of the
   final decree and judgment in OS.No.191 of 2007 on the files of Munsiff's
   Court, Sulthan Bathery, till the disposal of the above second appeal.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order    10.02.2021     and   upon    hearing    the   arguments     of
