      Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
 affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
 proceeding pursuant to Order in R.C.P No. 16 of 2017 before Rent Control
 Court, Irinjalakuda which is also confirmed by the judgment of Additional
 Rent Control Appellate Authority, Thrissur in RCA No. 167/2019


      This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
 and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
