                             JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are

mistakes in the exhibits produced along with the writ petition and that

the petitioner may therefore be permitted to withdraw the writ petition,

with permission to move afresh with proper details.

The permission sought for is granted. This writ petition is,

accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the right of the

petitioner to move afresh with proper pleadings and materials on record.
