        Review petition praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated
   in the affidavit filed along with the W.P.(C) the High Court be pleased to
   stay the operation of the judgment in W.P.(C)No.9324 of 2021 dated
   09.04.2021 and to stay all further proceedings, pending disposal of the
   Review Petition.

        This Review Petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   petition and the affidavit filed in support of W.P.(C) and this Court's
   order dated 12.08.2021 in RP and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.GEORGE
   POONTHOTTAM (SR.) along with M/s.NISHA GEORGE & ARUN CHANDRAN, Advocates
   for Review Petitioners, SRI.M.M.MONAYE, Advocate for R1 and the SENIOR
   GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R2 to R4, the court on the same day passed the
