                                JUDGMENT

Dated this the 1st day of September, 2021

This writ petition is filed seeking directions to the respondent to

consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 application for quarrying permit.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during

the pendency of the writ petition, certain defects were pointed out in

the application and the petitioner has rectified the same.

In view of the directions being sought for, there will be a

direction to the respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on

Ext.P1 application preferred by the petitioner, in accordance with

law, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
