MOTOR ACCIDENTS TRIBUNAL,KOZHIKODE , the Court on the same day passed the

                                         ORDER

By judgment dated 09.01.2020, this appeal was disposed of

by setting aside the award dated 07.02.2008 of the Motor

Accidents Claims Tribunal, Kozhikode in O.P.(MV)No.1668 of 2002

and remanding the matter to the Tribunal for reconsideration,

within a period of four months from the date of production of a

certified copy of the judgment.

By orders dated 23.07.2020, 20.11.2020 and 22.01.2021,

extension of time was granted for final disposal of O.P.(MV)No.1668

of 2002.

Now vide report dated 22.06.2021, a further extension of

three months from 05.06.2021 is sought for.

Considering the reasons stated in the aforesaid report dated

22.06.2021, extension of time as sought for is granted.
