Tre gispute between the parties to these appeals have
Been pesoived. A compromise petition has been oroduced as
T.A.NG.2 of 2022 In Mat. Appeal No.2ig of 215. The compromise
petition is with regard to custody and alas settlement of
monetary claims. In the light of compromise, we dispose of
these appeals. Campromisa will govern all the cases between
parties before this Court. Custody of the child will be in
accordance with the terms of settlement. The impugned judgment
and decree will stand superseded by this cospromise agreement
with regard to the matters covered by the agreement. The
COMPMBLSe agreement will farm part of the judgment. The
security furnished by Jeisen before the Family Court,
Triniaiakuda, in O.P.No. 383 of 2812, shall be released.
