          Original Petition praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed along with OP(C) the High Court be pleased to pass an interim order for
   staying the proceedings in E.P No. 213/ 2018 in O.S No. 593/2015 of the Principal
   Munsiff's Court (Execution), Alappuzha, till the final disposal of the above Original
   Petition (Civil) in the interest of justice.


         This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the
   affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated 23-07-2021 and upon
   hearing the arguments of M/s C.G.BINDU & AJITHA C.G, Advocates for petitioner and of
   M/S K.S.HARIHARAPUTHRAN & BHANU THILAK, Advocates for the respondent 1, the
   court passed the following.
