        OP (Family Court) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP (FC) the High Court be
   pleased to stay the operation of orders dated 29/09/2021 in EA No.48 of
   2021 in EP No.11/2014 in OP No.588 of 2010 and E.A. No.70 of 2021 in EP
   No.11/2014 in OP No.588 of 2010, on the file of the Family Court,
   Palakkad, pending disposal of the above Original Petition (FC).

        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC) and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.SAIJO HASSAN, BENOJ C AUGUSTIN, RAFEEK. V.K., P.PARVATHY, NAZRIN
   HALLAJ & SHILPA M.RAJAN, Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed
   the following:

                                             ORDER

Admit.

Issue urgent notice to the respondents by speed post.

Simultaneously, the petitioner is permitted to serve notice on the

respondents through the learned counsel appearing for them before the

Family Court.

There shall be an interim order as prayed for, for a period of six

weeks.

Post after four weeks.
