        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all execution
   proceedings pursuant to the decree and judgment passed by Additional
   Munsiff Court,Palakkad in OS.No.363/2011 on its file and confirmed by the
   IIIrd Additional District Judge,Palakkad in AS.No.93/2014 pending disposal
   of the above Regular Second Appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 26.08.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.P.K.MOHANAN(PALAKKAD), SRI.ASHWIN SATHYANATH, SRI.ANISH ANTONY
