        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the Judgment
   and Decree dated 07.01.2020 in AS.No.30/2019, Additional Sub Court,North
   Paravur,pending disposal of the above Second Appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 26.08.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.DINESH
