                               JUDGMENT

When the case was taken up today, it was noticed that a

complaint had been received in the Registry from Sneha Varghese

George stating that this writ petition has not been filed by her and

that she had not engaged anybody to file this writ petition.

2. The contents of the information received was put to the

counsel for the petitioner. The counsel, in the above circumstances,

prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition and

also prayed that the interim order issued by this Court on

24.06.2021 at his request may be vacated.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as

withdrawn and the interim order issued by this Court on

24.06.2021 will stand vacated. The dismissal of this writ petition

is without prejudice to the contentions raised in this writ petition

on behalf of the petitioner.
