                                    JUDGMENT

Dated this the 25th day of November, 2021

The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

i. Issue a writ of mandamus or other suitable writ or order directing the

respondents to complete the procedure, the first respondent in particular to

issue a permit in form No.1 of the KPR (Issuance of Licence and Control of

Public and Private market) Rules, 1996 to the writ petitioner.

ii. Further to issue a writ of prohibition or other suitable writ or order

restraining respondents 1 & 2 from conducting reauction for lease of the

space claimed by the writ petitioner following auction by the first and 2nd

respondent and decision by the 2nd respondent on 26.3.2011; and

iii. Further to make such other writ or order, which the Hon'ble High Court of

Kerala deems fit in the circumstances of the case.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, learned counsel for petitioner

submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous.

Submission recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
