Sri.Saigi Jacob Palatty, learned Senior Govt. Pleader submits

that since this contempt case is coming for admission for the first

time, necessary time may be granted to him to get instructions and

further that he would give strict directives and instructions to the

respondent officer to ensure the immediate compliance of the

directions and orders passed by this Court as per Anx.III judgment

dated 4.1.2019 in W.P.(C).No.159/2019, in case the same has not so

far been complied with and there are no legal impediments in that

regard, etc.
