     This OP(C) having come up for orders on 25.11.2021, upon perusing
the letter dated 20.11.2020, 24.2.2021 & 2.11.2021 of the I Addl. Sub
Judge, Kozhikode and this court's judgment dated 30.10.2020 in OP(C), the
court on the same day passed the following;

                                        ORDER

As per the judgment dated 30.10.2020 in O.P.(C) 1369 of

2020 this court has directed the learned Additional Sub Judge-I,

Kozhikode to dispose of E.P.No.157 of 2019 in ARC No.5362 of

2018 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment. Now the learned Additional Sub Judge-I has

sought for, extension of time for a period of six months to dispose

of the matter. But it appears that the time sought for is highly

excessive as what is directed to be disposed of, is an execution

petition.

However, the learned Additional Sub Judge-I, Kozhikode

shall dispose of E.P.No.157 of 2019 in ARC No.5362 of 2018 within

a period of four months from today. Communicate the order.
