                                        ORDER

The learned Senior Government Pleader submits that he has

secured instructions on certain aspects from the Engineers

concerned of the Irrigation Department and that some more details

are required to be collected, and that short time may be granted to

enable the respondent officers concerned to file detailed and

comprehensive affidavit in this case.

Time by 10 days granted. The appellant may file reply thereto

within 4 days thereafter.
