        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to pass an interim order directing the Food Safety Appellate
   Tribunal and Additional District Court-III, Thiruvananthapuram to hear and
   pass appropriate judgment on merits on Ext.P-2 appeal after affording an
   opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, pending disposal of the Writ
   Petition.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.R.MURALEEDHARAN Advocate for the petitioners, and of GOVERNMENT
   PLEADER for the Respondent, the court passed the following:
