Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue EC and CoA at the
earliest.
This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
petition and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's
order dated 19.11.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VINOD BHAT,
ANAGHA LAKSHMY RAMAN & GREESHMA CHANDRIKA.R., Advocates for the
petitioner, GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R1, STANDING COUNSEL for R2, STANDING

ORDER
Adv. Anagha Lakshmy Raman, the learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner, submits that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in
Ext.P6, an inspection was conducted by the DME and a report has been
forwarded to the Government on 29.10.2020. It is submitted that nothing
transpired thereafter.
Sri. K.B.Ramanand, the learned Government Pleader submits that the
report has been received and appropriate decision shall be taken.
Having regard to the submissions advanced and taking note of the
sequence of events, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to expedite
the proceedings and take a decision on the request made by the petitioner
taking note of the inspection report within a period of two weeks from today.
Post after two weeks.
