                          JUDGMENT

The short prayer in this petition filed under Article 227 of the

Constitution is to direct the Principal Munsiff Court, Ernakulam to

dispose of Election O.P.No.03/2021 produced as Ext.P1 herein, within

one month or within such time as this Court may deem just and

proper.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In fact, Election Petition requires urgent disposal

otherwise, is sought to be disposed of expeditiously by the petitioner

and therefore notice to the other side stands dispensed with.

In the result, the Original Petition is allowed. There shall be a

direction to the Principal Munsiff Court, Ernakulam to dispose of

Ext.P1 (Election Petition O.P.No.03/2021) within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment or its

production by the parties concerned.
