        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to stay the operation of the Judgment dated 25.08.2021 in
   WP(C)No.5362/2021, pending decision of the Writ Appeal.



        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 09/11/2021 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum and this Court's order dated 22/10/2021,
   the court on the same day passed the following:

                                         ORDER

Stay is extended by a further period of two weeks. In the meanwhile, University of Calicut, is directed to file a statement setting out the existing member of seats in M.A./M.COM in existing colleges.
