          RESIDING AT 'SARANGA', ERAMALA AMSOM, AADIYUR DESOM, VADAKARA TALUK,
          KOZHIKODE DISTRICT, KERALA STATE 673501.

         Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 21/12/2018 in O.S.No
   27/2017 on the file of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Vatakara till the
   disposal of the above appeal and grant such other reliefs which this
   Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the above
   case.
         This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated
   29/09/2021 in I.A.No.1/2019 and upon hearing the arguments of
