        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein
    the High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings in
   CC.No.449/2012 on the file of the JFCM-I Aluva pending disposal
   of the above Criminal Miscellaneous Case.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application   and upon hearing the arguments of MR.BIJU.P.N.,
   Advocate for the petitioner, and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the
   respondent, the court passed the following:

                                           ORDER

Heard.

The learned Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondet.

Learned counsel submits that the facts are similar to Annexure C judgment of this court in WP(C).No.13161/2012.

Post after one month.

There shall be an interim stay of further proceedings in CC.No.449/2012 pending before the Judicial First class Magistrate -I, Aluva for a period of one month.
