        MJC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
   therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order to re-admit the above
   appeal which was dismissed for default on 15.01.2015 and post the same for
   hearing.

        This MJC coming on for orders upon perusing the MJC and the
   affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's judgment dated
   15/1/2015 and upon hearing the arguments SRI.R.AZAD BABU ,Advocate for
   the Petitioners and of SRI.K.S.HARIHARAPUTHRAN, SRI.M.D.SASIKUMAR,
   SRI.P.J.JOSEPH, SRI. GEORGE MATHEW Advocates for Respondent,the Court
   passed the following:-
                                    ORDER

Learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the case is likely to be settled,if mediation is resorted to. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the appellants and respondent, the parties are directed to be present on 15.11.2021 at 11.a.m. before the District Mediation Centre,Alappuzha. No notice from the Registry is required. Learned counsel for the appellants and respondent are taking notice from the Court. In case the case is settled out of Court by way of compromise, the question of restoring the appeal will be considered thereafter. The Registry to inform the Nodal Officer concerned.
