    103, MAHADEV VIHAR, MAURYA APARTMENTS, SECTOR 4, PLOT NO. 41, KHARGHAR,
    NAVI MUMBAI.

    AND OTHERS

    THE RESPONDENTS 7 TO 18 ARE DELETED FROM THE PARTY ARRAY, AT THE RISK OF
    THE APPELLANTS, VIDE ORDER DATED 05/11/2019 IN IA 4/2019.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment and decree dated 23/08/2016 in O.S.No.539/2011 on the file
   of the Principal Sub Judge, Kottayam, pendig disposal of this appeal.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 30/9/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.T.KRISHNANUNNI
   (SR.),along with SRI.M.DEVESH, SRI.JACOB E SIMON, SRI.K.C.KIRAN, SRI.VINOD
   RAVINDRANATH, Advocates for the petitioners, the court passed the
