        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings, including disbursement of the amount deposited, in execution
   of the impugned judgment dated 28.09.2020 in ECC No.1270/2016 of the
   Employees Compensation Commissioner(Industrial Tribunal), Thrissur pending
   disposal of the above appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 22.09.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RAJAN
   P.KALIYATH, Advocate for the applicant, and of M/S.A.R.NIMOD and
   M.A.AUGUSTINE Advocates for the respondent No.01, the court passed the
   following:
