                         JUDGMENT

Dated this the 3rd day of November, 2021

This writ petition was filed by the petitioners seeking to

direct the respondent Bank to release the amount in SB

Account of the 1st petitioner on recording the consent of the

2nd and 3rd petitioners, in the light of Ext.P2 Relationship

Certificate and Ext.P3 Will. In effect, the relief sought for by

the petitioners is to direct the respondent to release the

amount in bank account of late Nandakumar A. without

producing Legal Heir Certificate.

2. When this writ petition came up for hearing today,

the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

petitioners have obtained Legal Heir Certificate and they will

approach the respondent along with the Legal Heir

Certificate for getting the amount released. WP(C)No.17700/2021

In view of the subsequent developments, no further

orders are required in this writ petition. Recording the

submission made by the petitioner, the writ petition is

disposed of.
