         VAISAKH BUNGALOW, (VANMILA CHARLSPURAM) KIZHAKKEMURI, PIRAVANTHOOR
         VILLAGE, PATHANAPURAM TALUK, NOW RESIDING AT NO.58, SAPTHAGIRI
         NILAYA, 1ST FLOOR, 10TH MAIN, 14TH CROSS, WILSON GARDEN, BANGALORE,
         KARNATAKA - 560030.

        OP (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further execution proceedings in O.S 77/1999 before the Munsiff's
   Court, Punalur, until the disposal of this Orginal Petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   25.10.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.KRISHNA MANI & DHANUJA
   M.S, Advocates for the petitioner and of MR.S.VIDYASAGAR, Advocate for the
   respondents, the court passed the following.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Interim order stands extended for a period of two weeks.
