        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant the judgment and decree in O.S.No.62 of 2017 on the
   file of the Sub Court,Ottappalm dated 25/10/2019 in so far as it imposes
   cost on the plaintiff to be paid to the third defendant, pending
   consideration of the appeal in the interest of justice.

        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated
