                          J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator on the

route Chittadi-Therthalli-Alakode-Thaliparamba-Parappa-

Pattuvam. He is currently operating with the timings

settled on 07.01.2019. According to the petitioner,

there has been various change of circumstances

including, introduction of new services as well as

vacant timings which arose due to surrender of permits,

upon which the petitioner has submitted Ext.P3

application for revision of his timings. The petitioner

also claims that, timings which were allotted to SC KL-

53-9345 is lying vacant and that the same could be

allotted to him. All these are matters for the

authorities to consider in the timing conference.

2. Without expressing anything on the merits, the

writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to

consider Ext.P3 taking due notice of the contentions as W. P. (C) Nos.22991 of 2021

above, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the

petitioner and other affected parties. Let orders be

passed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate

within a period of two months from the date of receipt

of a copy of this judgment.
