        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and all further proceedings in pursuance of judgment dt. 13-08-2019 in O.P
   No. 839 of 2016 on the file of the Hon'ble Family Court,Ernakulam,pending
   disposal of the above appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this courts
   order dated 26/02/21, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S VARGHESE
   K.PAUL, PETER KURIAN, and TERESA AMMU, Advocates for the applicants and of
   SRI.S.SANTHOSH KUMAR, SRI.MANOJ B.MENON, SMT.P.LISSY JOSE, and
