                                                ORDER

This Crl.M.C. has been filed seeking the following relief;

"To issue necessary directions to 2 nd respondent/counter petitioner to release the Toyota Innova vehicle bearing registration number KL-28- 5299 which has been seized in connection with Crime No.231/2021 of Kannanelure Police Station, Kollam District, in the interest of justice."

2. When this matter came up for consideration on

04.05.2021, the learned counsel submitted that he is limiting his

prayer for a consideration of Annexure -A3 petition pending before

the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Kottarakkara. On

recording the submission, the Registry was directed to number the

case and it is accordingly listed today.

Considering the submission made by the learned

counsel for the petitioner, this Crl.M.C. will stand disposed of

directing the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Kottarakkara

to consider and pass orders on Annexure-A3 petition within a Crl.M.C.No.2557 of 2021

period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
