                           JUDGMENT

All that the petitioner seeks for is an expeditious

disposal of Appeal.No.4/2020 pending before the

additional 3rd respondent - Appellate Authority of Air

Pollution Control Board at Trivandrum. The appeal is filed

challenging the consent to operate granted to the 2 nd

respondent for her industrial unit.

2. In the nature of the order being passed, notice

to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the 3 rd

respondent to consider Appeal.No.4/2020 expeditiously,

after hearing the petitioner and the 2nd respondent, after

due notice to them. The Authority shall make every

endeavor to have the appeal disposed of, within a period

of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
