                                JUDGMENT

Dated this the 24th day of March 2021

The petitioner is aggrieved by the delay in

implementation of Ext P3 order dated 18.06.2019 passed

under Section 27A of the Kerala Conservation of Paddyland

and Wetland Act (in short, 'the Act').

2. Rule 13 of the the Kerala Conservation of

Paddyland and Wetland Rules provides for the

implementation of the order passed and correction of the

revenue records. There is no reason to keep the process

pending.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the 2 nd

respondent to have the proceedings pursuant to Ext P3

taken to logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible

and at any rate within a period of one month from the date

of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
