                            JUDGMENT

Dated this the 24th day of March 2021

The petitioner's application seeking issuance of a

'No Objection Certificate' under the Explosives Rules,

2008 for storing gun powder, to be used for quarrying, was

turned down by the 3rd respondent. The order was affirmed

by the 2nd respondent in the appeal preferred by the

petitioner. Challenging the same, the petitioner has

preferred a revision petition before the 1 st respondent, a

copy of which is marked as Ext P2. All that the petitioner

seeks for is an expeditious consideration of the revision.

Without expressing anything on merits, the writ

petition is disposed of directing the 1 st respondent to

hear and dispose of the revision as expeditiously as

possible and at any rate within a period of three months

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
