     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution of the decree and

judgment of the OS.NO.178/2012 Sub Court, Kannur dated 17th July 2012 and the

Appeal in AS.No.176/2012 Additional District Judge No.IV Thalassery dated 24th
March 2020 till the disposal of the appeal. Otherwise, the petitioner stands to
suffer great hardship, loss and damage.
    This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and
the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 02.02.2021 and
upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.RAMESH BABU and C.K.SREEJITH,
Advocates for the petitioner and of Government Pleader for Respondents, the
