The instant Review Petition is one of the oldest Review petitions

pending on the files of this Court, particularly, under Kerala General Sales

Tax Act, 1963.

On 19.02.2021 and 22.02.2021 the case was listed and there was no

representation. With a view to providing an opportunity to petitioner,

the case stood adjourned to today. Today as well, there is no

representation or any accommodation is sought for. Hence this Court is of

the view that the cause in the Review Petition either has become

ineffective or that the petitioner is not interested in working out the

prayers.

Hence, the Review Petition is dismissed for default.
