Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation of the
judgment and decree in AS No.40 of 2015 dated 3-1-2020 on the file of
the Addl.District Judge - III, Mavelikkara and in OS No.310 of 2008 on the
file of the Munsiff Court, Kayamkulam dated 23-1-2015 pending
consideration of the above appeal in the interest of justice.

This application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
order dated 03-02-2021 in I.A.No. 2 of 2020 and upon hearing the
arguments of Sri.G.SREEKUMAR (CHELUR), Advocate for the petitioner,
the court passed the following:

Interim order stands extended for a period of three months.
