The petitioner, who availed loan

from the respondents have filed this writ

petition seeking the statement of accounts

from the 1st respondent.

2. It is stated that the respondent has

not taken any action on Ext.P5

representation submitted by him.

3. The learned Standing Counsel

submitted that respondents would consider

Ext.P5 representation.

Therefore the writ petition is

disposed of directing the 1st respondent to

consider and take appropriate action on

Ext.P5 representation, within a period of

one month from the date of receipt of a copy

of the judgment.
