THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON
30.03.2021, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 W.P.(C) No.8405/2021 2

                                   JUDGMENT

Dated this the 30th day of March 2021

Petitioner has approached this court lamenting that he had taken two loans

for a total sum of Rs.3,00,000/- by executing mortgage and by depositing title

deeds and the property is likely to be proceeded against for recovery of the

money due. Overdue amount payable is Rs.1,82,599/-. Further grievance of the

petitioner is that, pursuant to Ext.P1, he had submitted Ext.P2 representation

referring to the personal difficulties in discharging the liability immediately and

seeking instalment payment.

2. Having considered the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, I am

inclined to dispose of the writ petition itself directing the petitioner to remit a sum

of 25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand only) within a period of one month from

today. If the amount is so remitted, Ext.P2 shall be considered and disposed of

as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the

date of receipt of a copy of the receipt evidencing the payment of the amount as

above. Coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P1 demand notice will stand deferred till

the disposal of Ext.P2 representation.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
