This original petition was filed for expeditious disposal of matter

pending before the Family Court concerned. A Division Bench of this

Court by the judgment dated 23.03.2021 in O.P (FC) No.352/2020 and

connected matters had given guidelines for disposal of such cases

pending before the Family Court.

This original petition is disposed of in the light of the above

judgment. The directions in the above judgment shall be scrupulously

followed in this matter also.
