         Original Petition (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit
filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to
Exhibit P4 sale proclamation, in EP No.212/2018 of the IInd Additional District Court,
Kozhikode, pending disposal of the Original Petition.
         This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in
support of OP(C) and this court's order dated 26-02-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
M/s.ELDHO PAUL &             TESSY JOSE, Advocates for the petitioners and of             Sri.V.P.K.
PANICKER, Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the following
                                               ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that an amount of Rs.25,000/- as directed by order dated 26.2.2021 was already deposited. To a suggestion made by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that his party would be able to raise an amount of Rs.2 lakhs and deposit before the court below on the closing day of the Court.
