     THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON
26.03.2021, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:

                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 26th day of March 2021

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Pleader as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing

for respondents 2 and 3.

2. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the

pensionary benefits due to the petitioner have already been fixed. It is

submitted that the monthly pension with arrears from 01.06.2020 shall be

released within a period of one month from today. It is further submitted

that if a bond is executed by the petitioner, the DCRG and Commuted

Value of Pension shall also be released within a period of three months.

The said submissions are recorded. Respondents are directed to

release the pensionary benefits due to the petitioner. The pension and

arrears thereof shall be released within one month and the Commuted

Value of Pension and DCGR shall be released within three months on the

petitioner executing a bond as required.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
