                               JUDGMENT

The complaint of the petitioner is

over the burden on the part of the overseas

employees in undertaking the RTPCR test before

boarding the plane and after landing in

Kerala, stating that each of the families have

to spend a huge amount for their travel from

the Gulf countries to the home town.

2. The learned Government Pleader on

instructions submitted that the RTPCR test for

the persons employed abroad are made available

free of cost.

Therefore the petitioner cannot have

any grievance in the matter.

                The     writ      petition         is     closed

    accordingly.                                        Sd/-
