                             JUDGMENT

Ext.P1 revision has been preferred by the petitioner

before the 1st respondent in the matter of alleged illegal

reclamation of wetland by the additional 2 nd respondent

and others. Ext.P2 is the additional grounds urged in

Ext.P1. All that the petitioner seeks for is an expeditious

consideration of Exts.P1 and P2.

After hearing the learned counsel on either sides,

the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1 st

respondent to hear and pass orders on Exts.P1 with

consideration to P2 also, as expeditiously as possible and

at any rate, within a period of four months from the date

of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner, the

additional 2nd respondent and other affected parties shall

be put on notice and heard, before passing orders.
