  Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
Court be pleased to stay the operation of the judgment and decree dated 04.12.2019 in
AS.NO.117/2018 on the files of the Additional District Court No.II, Manjeri which was
against the judgment dated 31.08.2018 in OS.No.66/2015 on the files of the Subordinate
Judges Court, Manjeri, pending disposal of the above Appeal.


  This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 05.03.2021 and upon hearing the
arguments of M/S.T.P.PRADEEP, MINIKUMARI M.V., NITHYA VIJAYAN,
K.S.BHARATHAN, P.K.SATHEESH KUMAR and S.SREEDEV, Advocates for the
