 Con.Case(C).No.454 OF 2021

                                        2

                                 JUDGMENT

Dated this the 24th day of March 2021

Even though the petitioner alleges that the respondent

issued order on 08.03.2021 in flagrant violation of the

direction in the judgment dated 02.12.2020 in W.P.(C)

No.17168/2020, I do not think that it will be justified for this

Court to consider his contentions on its merits, while sitting in

contempt jurisdiction.

No doubt, the petitioner alleges that the present order of

the respondent has been issued without adverting to the

report of the State Level Committee, but I am certain that this

contention will have to be impelled by the petitioner in a writ

petition challenging the said order.

In the afore circumstances, I close this contempt case,

however, leaving full liberty to the petitioner to impugn the

order now issued by the respondent appropriately, for which

purpose, all contentions are left open.

Stu JUDGE Con.Case(C).No.454 OF 2021

APPENDIX PETITIONER'S EXHIBITS:

ANNEXURE A CERTIFIED COPY OF THE JUDGMENT PASSED BY THIS HONBLE COURT ON 02.12.2020 IN WPC NO. 17168/2020.
