Issue notice to the respondents by speed post.

Post after three months.

I.A.No.1 of 2021 This is an application filed to stay the execution of the judgment and decree in LAR No.9

of 2018 on the file of Sub Court, Pala.

After considering the averments in the affidavit filed in support of the application, after

hearing the learned Govt. Pleader, I am satisfied that the judgment and decree in LAR No.9 of

2018 has to be stayed. Hence, I stay all further proceedings in LAR No.9/2018, but on

condition that the petitioner deposits 50% of the compensation amount within a period of one

month from today. The respondent/claimant would be at liberty to move the court below for

withdrawal of the deposited amount.
